We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Multimedia Designer to lead visual design and multimedia production across our brand, artist‑facing deliverables, and client consultancy work. This is a hands‑on senior role for someone who can own projects from concept to delivery, produce high‑quality brand and campaign outputs, and work confidently with bilingual stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & campaign design
- Develop and deliver brand identities, key visuals, and design systems.
- Produce campaign assets for digital and print: social content, ads, brochures, decks, catalogues, signage, and event collateral.
- Maintain brand consistency and evolve guidelines across channels.
Multimedia & motion
- Create motion graphics and short‑form video (promos, reels, artist features, event highlights, explainers).
- Edit footage, add titles/graphics, and deliver platform‑optimised exports.
Digital & web
- Design web and UI assets (landing page visuals, banners, email graphics) and work with web partners where needed.
- Optimise creative for performance, accessibility, and multi‑device use.
Creative leadership & project management
- Lead creative concepts, present ideas clearly, and translate briefs into strong deliverables.
- Manage timelines, file/version control, stakeholder feedback, and production handover to print/fabrication where required.
- Coordinate with artists, partners, photographers/videographers, printers, and external creatives.

Requirements
Essential Requirements
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaign design, and multimedia/motion work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign (essential).
- Working proficiency in After Effects and/or Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools) with evidence in your portfolio.
- Senior‑level capability to take projects from concept to final output with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
- Fluent bilingual ability in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
- Confidence typesetting and proof‑checking design layouts in both English and Chinese, ensuring tone, readability, and visual balance.
Desirable
- Experience in branding/advertising or leading creative delivery for multiple stakeholders.
- Experience producing exhibition/event collateral and working with print/fabrication suppliers.
- Familiarity with Figma (or similar), basic photography/video capture, or content strategy.
- Experience in cross‑border creative projects, particularly UK–China audiences and platforms.
