The Flying Pig is seeking a candidate for a permanent, full-time position. The salary is $20.00 to $23.00 hourly, 35 hours per week, and is negotiable.

• Salary: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 35 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time
• Starts as soon as possible

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working at the physical location, with no option for remote work.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Establish work schedules
