Overview

An exciting opportunity within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) Area 1 and Area 2, Central Clinic for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join our busy team providing secondary care to patients under the Mental Health Measure and act as a care co-ordinator. The team operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays. The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of a high quality community mental health service under the Mental Health Measure (2010) Wales, while maintaining the recovery ethos at the forefront of nursing care.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude to mental health care, ensuring privacy, dignity, respect and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
