A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Primary Care team at HMP Wakefield. This full-time position requires experience in mental health settings, offering up to £47,466 based on experience. You will assess and manage patients' mental health needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunities for professional development and additional support are provided.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Wakefield, a Category A Prison located in West Yorkshire.
7 day service. Monday–Friday 08:00–16:00 or 08:00–18:00, Saturday–Sunday 08:30–16:30. 18:00 finish; weekend duties and bank holidays are shared across the team.
This position is full time; salary up to £47,466 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
