Prospero Teaching are seeking to recruit a confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) into a highly regarded Primary School located in DT4 with an exceptional reputation for academic excellence, creativity, and a nurturing environment.

Duties
- Planning and delivering engaging learning activities across the curriculum.
- Supporting class teachers with differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
- Leading small group interventions to raise attainment in core subjects.
- Providing one-on-one support for pupils with specific learning needs.
- Covering lessons as needed, ensuring continuity of learning.
- Supporting behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
- Encouraging pupil engagement and motivation to inspire a love of learning.
Qualifications
- Holds a HLTA qualification or equivalent (essential).
- Has experience working in a primary school setting, ideally across a range of year groups.
- Demonstrates a passion for education and a commitment to the holistic development of children.
- Is proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

- Relevant Experience and Qualifications
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references that cover the last 2 years
