Social Worker – Senior Practitioner within Long Term Team in Bracknell (UK), earning £46 hourly. • Attend strategic meetings and Local Authority Meetings (LAMs), ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
• Engage with a range of professionals and stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for families and children.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
