A leading automotive recruitment agency is seeking a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in Chelmsford. In this role, you will respond to customer requests, manage bookings, and track vehicles through the workshop. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience and excellent customer service skills. With potential annual bonuses of up to £3,600 tax free after a year, this is a fantastic opportunity for those with a background in the UK automotive industry.

Salary: 30k basic – 35k OTE + benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!
