• Minimum HND or Degree in Surveying or Construction related discipline.
• Good working knowledge of damp and mould causes.
• Experience in diagnosing property conditions.
• Proactive in managing workloads commercially and timely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre and post inspections to ensure high-quality work.
• Provide technical advice to trades and subcontractors.
• Manage disrepair cases related to damp and mould.
• Ensure void properties are ready for re-letting.
