Placing candidates within the Construction, Land, and Build sectors throughout the UK market. Supplying high volumes of staff on a temporary, contract, and permanent basis. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in managing high numbers of candidates. This role involves working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional service to both sides.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Managing your own desk
• Building a client portfolio
• Building a candidate portfolio
• Making placements nationwide
• Achieving monthly targets/KPIs
• Market forecasting
• Updating the CRM daily with new clients and candidates
• Creating adverts for current and upcoming vacancies
• Resourcing candidates via multiple job boards
• Developing a team within your sector

Salary:

• £30,000-£40,000 based on experience
• Strong commission structure
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance bonuses
• Quarterly KPI bonus

Working hours:
8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (flexible), based in Leeds

Previous recruitment experience:
Minimum 1 year
