About the role
We are recruiting Planning Support Services Officers on a 6-month fixed-term contract to ensure the DLO delivers a safe, reliable, quality, efficient responsive repairs and void maintenance service, focusing on customer satisfaction. Support the delivery of responsive maintenance, gas, and electrical servicing through effective planning support.
This is a office-based role at 1a Enterprise Way, Accrington, BB5 0FR.
Delivery
- Support operational management in organizing trade colleagues and supply chain to deliver work.
- Ensure the Repair Management system is accurate, updated, and integrated with the Housing Management system.
Planning
- Provide effective planning support for responsive, gas, and electrical maintenance.
Support
- Process purchase orders, repair orders, invoices, etc., to support service delivery.
- Assist management with productivity measures, work planning systems, and resource utilization.
Systems
- Maintain the Repairs Management system, ensuring it is current and properly interfaced with the Housing Management system.
Customer
- Respond to customer inquiries, support resolution of queries and complaints.
