Sureserve Compliance South delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London's largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

The successful candidate will carry out routine PPM, servicing, breakdown, and some install work across several clients in the London and southeast areas. You will report back to the management of work completed with evidence on our PDA-based system. You will work well within a team or individually. You will risk assess work/working environments before starting any work to avoid injuries, and undertake all work by Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998. You will identify materials and parts required to carry out repairs to the set company standard. You will keep your allocated company vehicle clean and tidy at all times, always wear the correct uniform and dispose of any waste to company/HSE regulations.

• Commercial Gas Qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or TPCP1)
• Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence desired)
• Must have proven customer service experience
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Ability to work on a call-out rota - 1 in 5
• Must provide proof of qualifications and the interview stage
