Bureau Technical Services is a world‑class provider of QA/QC Services, Project Management, and Manpower Solutions to the Renewables (offshore wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage), Oil & Gas, Nuclear Energy, and Data Centre sectors. Due to a series of significant project wins across multiple industries, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to support our expanding global operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across technically complex and high‑value sectors, supplying specialist professionals into some of the world's most demanding projects.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and develop a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
  • Proactively resource candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools.
  • Conduct candidate interviews via phone and video.
  • Screen, qualify, and assess candidates based on CV reviews and interview feedback.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience aligned with BTS standards.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and interpersonal skills throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn with high efficiency.
  • Organise recruitment activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Utilise the Microsoft Office suite confidently.
  • Demonstrate a high‑energy, driven, and motivated personality.
  • Work towards and achieve recruitment targets and quotas.
  • Represent BTS professionally at recruitment events and in the industry.
