Technical Manager
Are you an experienced technical manager within the food or drinks industry?

Are you experienced in leading technical teams within a food or drinks manufacturing environment?
MacGregor Black is partnering with a Leading Drinks Business on the search for a Technical Manager. This is a FTC role based in Bedfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical operations of the site, including managing quality, hygiene, and food safety.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, Environmental, Customer & legislative requirements.
- Manage the resolution of technical and quality issues, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Deliver key solutions for the Quality agenda.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in food science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical management role within the food or drinks industry for 10+ years.
- Experience with complex food manufacturing processes.
- Drinks / dairy experience desired.
- Experience in high-speed automated production systems essential.
FTC Salary – Up to £65k + benefits
