Responsibilities

• Capture high quality images of vehicles using digital photography.
• Create accurate descriptions of vehicles and upload images to systems.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams on eCommerce strategies.
• Ensure ongoing optimization of SEO for best organic search results.
• Report on weekly/monthly sales, new business, and customer retention.

Citygate Prep Centre, Slough

3 Days per Week - 3 x 12.5 hours rotating shifts ( Mon-Wed/ Thurs-Sat)

Role overview

Working as part of the Citygate prep team, this role is key to maximising commercial performance and opportunities across the Citygate and third-party websites. Reporting to the Group Head of Prep, the role will interact closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and involve reporting on site analytics and consumer Insights

Key responsibilities

• Photographing and capturing high quality images of our vehicles using the latest digital photography equipment.
• Uploading images to systems and creating and accurate description of the vehicle, giving the viewer as much information as possible
• Provide recommendations and conversion opportunities
• Maximise site merchandising opportunities through creative ideas
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to drive these strategies forward and achieve our business targets
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to drive eCommerce sales and ensure effective on-site merchandising
• Create compelling onsite experiences to encourage customer engagement, conversion, and brand loyalty
• Ensure all on-site SEO is continually optimised to ensure best organic search results
• Report on weekly/monthly top line sales, like for like sales, category and product performance, new business and customer retention, and e-commerce data specific to key merchandising features.

• Ideally have experience working in a similar role
• Experience using an imagery turntable work be preferred
• Have a keen interest in photography, marketing and the automotive industry
• Good attention to detail, which is key for this role
• Be a good and clear communicator
