Job summary
A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager in Cardiff, UK to own and shape the site-wide CI strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in FMCG or manufacturing, capable of embedding lean practices and leading a small team.
