A global ecommerce leader is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to enhance online performance across its beauty brands. This role encompasses managing ecommerce trading and category performance from end to end, ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ecommerce trading or category management, particularly within beauty or fashion industries. We are recruiting an Ecommerce Manager to drive online performance across THG Beauty's subscription businesses and two of the most exciting and well‑known beauty subscription brands. This role combines the fun, creativity, and pace of the beauty world with the opportunity to operate at scale across two market‑leading businesses.
Sitting at the heart of the customer journey, you'll own ecommerce trading and category performance end‑to‑end - from trade planning and onsite execution through to commercial optimisation. Working closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, Buying, and Trade teams, you'll play a key role in shaping how customers discover, engage with, and fall in love with our beauty boxes in a fast‑moving, collaborative, and highly commercial environment.
