A leading workforce solutions provider is seeking General Operatives in Albrighton, England. This full-time role involves various outdoor duties like using gardening tools, lifting and loading, and requires good physical fitness. No prior experience is needed as full training is provided. Staffline is recruiting General Operatives to work for their client in Albrighton.
Rate of pay is £12.21 - £18.31 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts. The hours of work are:
- 8am to 4.30pm
As a General Operative your duties include:
- Working mainly in a field using various gardening tools
- Weeding/rooting
- Lifting and loading/unloading vehicles
- De‑leafing, pruning, and labelling
Gloves and waterproofs will be provided depending on the department you work in. Warm clothing must be worn for this job as it is outdoors, so clothing must suit cold, outdoor weather during the winter season.
Applicants need to have their own transport. Applicants must have their own transport for this job as it is not accessible by public transport. No previous experience necessary as full training is provided. Our perfect worker will have a good level of fitness to carry out certain tasks.
