Finance Manager Cheltenham
Salary: £60,000 DOE (flexible for the right person)
We re looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing business in Cheltenham. Reporting directly to the MD, you ll oversee a small finance team and take ownership of all financial processes, controls, and reporting.
- Lead and manage the Finance Team
- Produce month-end accounts, budgets & forecasts
- Manage cash flow, reconciliations, and payroll (Sage)
- Oversee credit control and compliance tasks
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance
- Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar finance role
- Strong Sage 50 knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Salary up to £60k (negotiable)
- 31 days holiday incl. bank holidays
- Pension & DIS after qualifying period
