Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to work with an Education Trust in the Bradford area. This is a temporary position with an initial three month duration. Working hours will be confirmed upon appointment.

• Raise purchase orders in the Trust's finance system from purchase requisitions received in the service system TOPdesk, obtaining best prices and using tendered suppliers where possible
• Process staff expenses for the Trust in line with policy, querying any anomalies
• Process all credit card spend within the academies, chasing receipts and any missing information/documents
• Add and amend supplier documentation to the finance system

• Previous experience in a Purchasing or Accounts Payable role
• Experience of raising purchase orders and processing invoices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
• Experience of working with finance systems, preferably in an education or public sector setting
