Job summary
A leading manufacturing firm in Harrogate is seeking experienced factory operatives for ongoing work in uPVC window and door production. The role offers a 4-day work week from Monday to Thursday, with 39 hours of work and full training provided. Applicants should have manufacturing experience, be reliable, and capable of commuting to the HU9 area. Responsibilities
- Drilling uPVC frames for handles and hinges.
- Quality checking of uPVC window frames.
- Fixing rubber seals into window frames.
Skills
Immediate start! On behalf of our client we have immediate and exciting opportunities for experienced factory/manufacturing operatives for ongoing work in the manufacture of uPVC windows and doors! (Training provided)
Located in the east Hull area, and working 4 days per week, Monday to Thursday (39 hours), these are excellent opportunities not to be missed!
- £12.21 per hour
- Ongoing work - 39 hours per week
- Overtime paid at £15.26 per hour
- 4-Day working week - 6am to 4.15pm, Monday to Thursday

- Assisting operators in machining areas
- Glazing windows
- Quality checking of uPVC window frames
- Fixing handles, hinges etc.
- Fixing rubber seals into window frames
- Frequent use of tools
- Applicants must have good previous manufacturing or factory operative experience.
- Able to commute reliably to HU9 area in good time for 6am start
