Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Wiring of HVAC control systems.
  • In-house testing and commissioning of company products.
  • Proactive identification and mitigation of potential site issues.
  • Providing technical support to company engineers.
  • Quality control and sign-off of systems leaving the factory.
  • Monitoring remote company systems in collaboration with the Service Department.
  • Relaying live site conditions to the service team.
  • Supporting general electrical work in the factory when required.
  • Occasional site visits (ad-hoc).

Skills

Advanced Microsoft 365 (M365) skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Job description

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading HVAC organisation as a permanent Network Operating Centre Technician (NOCT). We are looking for a proactive, technically capable individual to support the monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's networked HVAC systems.

You will also play a key role in factory wiring, testing and ensuring the overall quality of products before they leave the facility. Working 9.00am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday, this role suits someone with an electrical/control systems background who enjoys technical challenges, cooperative working and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
