What will you be doing?

The first 3–6 months of your placement year are focused on developing your knowledge and understanding of the sectors we work in and our methodologies. Alongside this, you will work as a valuable member of the team delivering people‑based consulting assignments for high‑growth investor‑backed businesses, helping them to recruit high‑calibre people onto their teams.

From your first week you will be attending meetings with some of the UK’s most exciting and fastest growing businesses. You will be involved in:

• Identifying the top candidates with the most relevant experience across multiple industries for our recruiting projects
• Conducting internet‑based market research and analysis
• Presenting research and summaries to consultants and clients
• Take part in meetings with senior executives and business founders, contributing to identifying clients’ needs and producing executive summaries
• Be involved in trips and events where you will learn about innovation and investment
• Begin developing a clear career map based on your interests and strengths through regular career catch‑ups
