A top UK employer is seeking strong Co-ordinators to support Early Careers recruitment. The roles involve overseeing recruitment processes for graduate and apprenticeship programs, along with managing logistics for recruitment events. Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, organizational prowess, and preferably experience with Workday. The positions are fixed-term for 24 months and offer a salary range of £23,360 - £27,000, alongside various benefits including flexible working arrangements.
AWE are looking for 3 strong Co-ordinators to support our Talent Acquisition team. Two co-ordinators will work within our Early Careers team supporting with high volume delivery across the end-to-end assessment and selection processes for graduate, Year in Industry and Apprenticeship recruitment. The third role will support the administration and co-ordination of all AWE external recruitment events across Early Careers and Talented Professional hiring.
These roles are 24 month fixed term contracts.
Location - Reading / Basingstoke area
Package - £23,360 - £27,000 (this can be flexible depending on your suitability and level of experience)

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice.
