Job description

AWE are looking for 3 strong Co-ordinators to support our Talent Acquisition team. Two co-ordinators will work within our Early Careers team supporting with high volume delivery across the end-to-end assessment and selection processes for graduate, Year in Industry and Apprenticeship recruitment. The third role will support the administration and co-ordination of all AWE external recruitment events across Early Careers and Talented Professional hiring.

These roles are 24 month fixed term contracts.

Location - Reading / Basingstoke area

Package - £23,360 - £27,000 (this can be flexible depending on your suitability and level of experience)

What will you be required to do?
Early Careers Co-ordinators:
  • To be the point of contact for candidates and our assessors across the delivery of all 3 early careers and scholarship recruitment programmes.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure applicants are reviewed and progressed in a timely manner using our Workday Applicant tracking system.
  • Liaise with our 3rd party recruitment and assessment partners on day to day process delivery
  • Play a key support role in the delivery of our final stage assessment centres
  • Oversee the contracts/offers process, ensuring our Onboarding team have all the information they need on time, tracking of acceptances and resolving queries
  • Manage responses to queries from a range of stakeholders including universities, schools/colleges and candidates
  • Be a key ambassador for early careers events
Events Co-ordinator
  • Event booking and delivery of all required logistics
  • Co-ordinate booking for AWE Ambassadors into all events, issuing joining instructions, confirmation details etc. Overseeing plan to ensure events fully staffed.
  • Management of external logistics partner (distribution of our events stand and kits to AWE recruitment events)
  • Management of event stand collateral
  • Event reporting
  • Collate event feedback
  • Manage SharePoint ambassador page - content management
Whilst not to be considered a check list, candidates should be able to demonstrate some of the following:
  • Experience of dealing with Early Careers recruitment - preferred
  • Experience utilising Workday - preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and strong multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and priorities to agreed timescales
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice. If you are successful, any opportunities for hybrid working will be discussed with you prior to you taking up your post.

The successful candidate is required to carry out all their duties from a UK location and cannot do so from an overseas location at any time.
