Description

1. Leading the development and implementation of HR strategies.

3. Partnering with business leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored HR solutions.
4. Supporting employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive company culture.
5. Overseeing talent management, including succession planning and employee development.
6. Managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
7. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
8. Tracking and analysing HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Profile

1. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the business services industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. The ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
6. A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex HR issues.

Job Offer
