The role involves working three days a week and requires strong experience in employee relations, including disciplinaries and grievances. Candidates should hold a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification. Qualifications

  • Strong experience in employee relations covering disciplinaries and grievances.
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification is required.
  • Willingness to travel to offices in the region.

Responsabilités

  • Provide HR support to line managers on generalist HR issues.
  • Attend formal meetings as the HR representative.
  • Collaborate with the administration team on payroll tasks.
  • Record and analyze trends in case work.
  • Work with HR Business Partners on escalated cases.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with HR projects for process improvement.
