As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling project workloads and coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Defining scope, timelines, and budgets with clients and internal teams
• Creating and communicating project plans and documentation
• Monitoring progress and ensuring work meets specifications
• Facilitating stand-up meetings and project washups
• Reporting on project status and financials
• Developing processes to improve efficiency and growth
• Supporting senior project managers on complex projects

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in project management, especially in digital agencies
• Are decision-makers, problem-solvers, and organized
• Have an interest in websites, UX, CRO, CMS, SEO, etc.
• Have experience managing digital projects and client relationships
• Know Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid methodologies
• Are comfortable leading client meetings and managing teams
• Are detail-oriented and commercially minded
• Have experience with content management systems like Kentico, Umbraco, Shopify, Adobe, BigCommerce
• Are familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Teamgantt, HubPlanner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
