Job summary
A leading automotive dealership in Loughborough is seeking a qualified individual for a role focused on customer satisfaction and vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate should have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair, experience in a similar role, and attention to detail. The position involves teamwork, accurate work completion, and vehicle diagnostics. Salary ranges between £35,000 to £40,000 plus bonus.
Qualifications
- NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Organised with good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Ensure industry standards and guidelines are carried out.
- Identify and diagnose additional work requirements on vehicles.
- Complete all service and repair paperwork accurately.
- Carry out PDI & MPC checks on all vehicles.
Pentagon Recruitment are working closely with a leading Dealership who have sites across the surrounding area. The ideal canidate needs to be based within a 10 mile radios of Loughborough.
- Have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent.
- Have previous experience in a similar role.
- MOT trained would be desirable but not essential.
- Organised and have good attention to detail.
- Working as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Working accurately and skilfully to ensure industry standards and guidelines are carried out.
- Identifying and diagnosing additional work requirements on vehicles.
- Accurate completion of all service and repair paperwork.
- Carrying out PDI & MPC checks on all vehicles.
£35,000 to £40,000 plus bonus
