- You are the first point of contact for every customer, welcoming them, understanding how they are feeling, and ensuring a great experience. You will know that first impressions count.
- You will work side by side with every team member and build trust through efficiency, accuracy, and people skills. You will be a great communicator, able to talk clearly and calmly with patients in person and over the phone.
- You will handle any concerns and queries regarding treatments on offer, including pricing and follow ups.
- Providing an exceptional patient journey both in person and over the phone
- Managing the diaries and ensuring time is used efficiently
- Working with the team to understand the full range of NHS and Private treatment options available within the practice
- Completing relevant forms for NHS and private schemes within a specified timescale
- Taking payments and pursuing outstanding patient debt
- Liaising with dental laboratories, supply companies and other organisations
- Ability to build rapport and maintain a high level of customer service
- Passion to build knowledge of treatment options within the dental sector

- Ability to follow processes and work in a structured, organized way
- Comfortable working toward practice KPIs (call answer rate, data capture, rebooking)
