For our digital & media division, we are looking for brilliant candidates that are enthusiastic about digital marketing to join our media team in our London office as a Senior Programmatic Account Executive to be a part of this exciting growth phase. What you'll do;
- Lead the implementation of programmatic media campaigns on DSPs (including DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon.)
- Support ad operations team with ad server trafficking (including Campaign Manager 360), depending on the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Proactively manage and monitor campaign performance and pacing, analysing and optimizing the campaigns on a regular basis, providing recommendations to the clients based on a deep analysis of market conditions and campaign results, hence strong analytical skills are essential.
- Effectively manage any external/internal queries/issues on accounts in a timely manner.
- Handle daily campaign maintenance and troubleshooting, including questions regarding tracking and status of campaigns.
- Responsible for managing relationships with the certain publishers and tech partners when building private marketplaces or handling direct buys
- Developing strong client relationships, supporting the Account Manager and Account Director on the weekly calls and QBRs with clients, providing strategies and proposals for the upcoming months.
- Providing creative recommendations based on DSP and ad server data, offering insightful analysis and suggested actions.
- Ensuring that all weekly, monthly & ad hoc client reports are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contributing during strategic creative planning meetings, to support the other team members when needed
- Ensuring that all company financial processes and deadlines put in place are adhered to, and that all work is produced to a high degree of accuracy.
- Showing a clear understanding of the dynamics between key KPI’s & comment on weekly performance fluctuations.
- Working closely with both agency stakeholders, and clients to ensure that all account/campaign strategies are delivered.
- As a Senior Programmatic Account Executive, you will play a key role in the execution, delivery, and coordination of programmatic campaigns for the clients.
What you'll need;
- Able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in programmatic and ad server implementations (DV360, Campaign Manager 360 and The Trade Desk are a must, additional experience desirable) in an independent manner.
- Familiar with quality assurance, pacing tracking and trafficking sheet processes.
- Is a results-driven and analytical person that has demonstrated great results in campaign management and has strong data analysis and interpretation skills which would be put to use as an input for the media campaign strategy.
- Can independently manage and prioritise tasks, using workflow tools like Teams Planner to keep the team up to date on tasks.
- Experience with building programmatic media plans and/or developing client proposals for new formats, audiences, channels etc.
- An interest in the programmatic landscape and desire to develop skills within the channel.
- Developed a functional knowledge and is a competent user of Excel
- Comfortable with using presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote etc.) and confident in presenting in front of the clients
- Passionate about digital media and committed to building a career in digital marketing

- A proactive attitude in coming up with solutions to challenges.
- Has a great attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic industry, able to remain calm under pressure.
- Has a positive attitude, is self-confident, and welcomes new challenges
- Fluent in English, a second European language (Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian) is highly desirable
- Has a valid permit to live and work in the UK
- Knowledge of third-party tracking tools
- Experience creating basic Looker dashboards and automating daily reports to improve workflow.
- Experience with Google Analytics and the basics of GTM.
- Activation experience across self-serve connected TV campaigns
