A leading IT services company seeks a Head of Energy CEP to oversee strategic client accounts within the Energy sector. This role involves building strong relationships with clients, aligning IT solutions with business goals, and driving overall growth through strategic initiatives and excellent service delivery. Ideal candidates will have experience in client-facing roles and a profound understanding of enterprise IT solutions, complemented by strong communication and leadership abilities.
Qualificações
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within IT services and consulting.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (e.g., cloud, data, cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level.
- Strategic thinker with a consultative approach.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client business objectives and align IT services accordingly.
- Implement account plans, growth strategy, and ambition for their client(s).
- Drive service delivery performance and ensure SLAs are met.
- Lead and functionally manage a dedicated core client management team.
