Qualifications

• Proven experience in client-facing roles within IT services and consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (e.g., cloud, data, cybersecurity).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and influence at the C-suite level.
• Strategic thinker with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Understand client business objectives and align IT services accordingly.
• Implement account plans, growth strategy, and ambition for their client(s).
• Drive service delivery performance and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead and functionally manage a dedicated core client management team.
