A fast-growing scale-up is seeking a Head of Sales to own the sales strategy and lead the team in achieving ambitious revenue targets. You’ll lead our sales strategy and play a critical role in driving Smart Working’s growth. Your focus is on setting the direction, building the structure, and pushing the team to deliver. You’ll set targets, design the operating rhythm, teach and coach best practice, whilst managing the team day to day.
Your job is to grow a high performing sales function that consistently hits ambitious revenue goals, while supporting the team to close major accounts and after a period of time scale internationally.
