About Our Client
Our client is a wellness company, producing products across home fragrance, bath, body and relaxation. They focus on ethically sourced ingredients to support physical and emotional wellbeing and are B-Corp certified.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 2 NAMs across mid-premium retail
- Focus on building strong, value led relationships with retailers to deliver growth
- Lead the retail team through a transitional period, focus on immediate wins and long term strategy
- Regularly update and communicate with senior execs on performance
- Coach and develop your team
- Stay ahead of market trends to identify gaps and opportunities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly deliver results
Qualifications
- MUST have experience working with mid-premium retailers and department stores i.e. John Lewis through to Harrods
- Relevant category background
- Suited to either a SNAM looking to step into a leadership role, or someone already at Head of Sales level
- Able to demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, with proven experience of creating and delivering on strategy
- Someone excited to work in a smaller, fast-moving business, able to make quick decisions
- Demonstrate a customer centric approach, building relationships to drive growth
What's on Offer
- £80k-£90k base
- 1-2 days a week in Brentford
