Neway are looking for a Customer Services Agent to join our client based with Carmarthenshire County Council

Location: Hybrid (Carmarthen or Llanelli office + home working). Contract: 03/11/2025 – 31/01/2026 (likely to be extended). Hours: 37 per week | Mon–Fri 08:30–18:00. Rate: £12.84 PAYE | £16.61 Umbrella.

As a Customer Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents—helping them access council services, book appointments, complete online forms, and get the advice they need.

What You’ll Do
