Job summary
A healthcare solutions firm is looking for a Change & Communications Specialist based in Richmond, London. This role is crucial for delivering a positive employee experience during a transformation period, ensuring successful adoption of People Programmes. Candidates should have over 6 years of experience in change management or communications, with exceptional communication skills. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance at the office 2-3 days a week.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in change management, communications, or people transformation roles.
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and large-scale transformation programmes.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholder implications and readiness risks.
- Develop robust change plans to mitigate risks and align with programme milestones.
- Create clear, engaging communications including FAQs, newsletters, and videos.

- Supportingand energising theChange Champion networkto drive engagement globally
- Creatingclear, engaging communications includingFAQs, newsletters, videos, and intranet updates
- Partneringwith People and Communications teams toensure brand consistency and tone alignment
- Preparingfor and supportingtown halls, briefings, and engagement sessions
- Simplifyingcomplex change impacts intodigestible content for diverse audiences
- Coordinatingtraining communications toreinforce adoption messages
- Maintaininga central calendar of communication and engagement activities
- Trackingeffectiveness of interventions throughsurveys, feedback, and analytics
- 6+ yearsexperience inchange management, communications, or people transformation roles
- Proven success incomplex, multi-stakeholder environmentsandlarge-scale transformation programmes
- Exposure toHR/People initiatives and technology systems implementation
- Exceptionalwritten and visual communication skills
- Familiarity withchange management methodologies(e.g., Prosci, ADKAR)
- Ability to commute toRichmond, London office2–3 days a week
- A knack for workingcollaborativelywithin a fast-paced, evolving environment
