TheChange and Communications Specialistwillassess change impacts, shape strategic messaging, and create engaging contenttoprepare teams for new ways of working and drive programme success.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

• Conductingimpact assessments toidentify stakeholder implications and readiness risks
• Developingrobust change plans tomitigate risks and align with programme milestones
• Trackingreadiness across key groups andescalating risks/issues as needed
• Supportingand energising theChange Champion networkto drive engagement globally
• Creatingclear, engaging communications includingFAQs, newsletters, videos, and intranet updates
• Partneringwith People and Communications teams toensure brand consistency and tone alignment
• Preparingfor and supportingtown halls, briefings, and engagement sessions
• Simplifyingcomplex change impacts intodigestible content for diverse audiences
• Coordinatingtraining communications toreinforce adoption messages
• Maintaininga central calendar of communication and engagement activities
• Trackingeffectiveness of interventions throughsurveys, feedback, and analytics
