A leading family law firm in the UK is seeking a Compliance Officer to provide guidance, manage regulatory matters, and ensure compliance across the firm. This full-time position offers a salary range of £45,000 - £50,000 based on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package. Flexibility to work from home or the office is provided, with occasional travel to Birmingham required.

At Stowe Family Law, you’ll provide clear compliance guidance across the firm, manage regulatory matters, oversee AML and client due diligence, and lead projects that embed best practice. You’ll work closely with the COLP and Head of Risk & Compliance, ensuring your work directly shapes how the firm operates and grows every day.

You’ll have the flexibility to work from home or from any of our offices that suit your location. Travel will be required to Leeds or Birmingham once a month for team meetings, as well as for compliance training sessions across the firm.
