A leading facilities management company is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to ensure service compliance for the University of Greenwich. This role involves conducting audits, compiling reports, and effectively communicating results to management. £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
26days annual leave excluding Public Holidays
Join Sodexo’s Integrated Facilities Management team supporting the University of Greenwich and help keep a complex, multi-site estate running safely, smoothly and to standard. As our Compliance Coordinator, you’ll be the trusted voice on “how we’re doing”, planning and delivering audits across hard and soft services, turning data into clear insights, and partnering with managers to fix what matters. You’ll champion a culture of doing the right thing, reduce risk and penalties through smart trend analysis, and keep the client confident that we’re meeting, and exceeding, our KPIs. If you’re naturally inquisitive, calm under pressure and love influencing people with evidence, this is a role where your independence is valued and your recommendations are acted on. Based across London and Kent campuses, you’ll have visibility, variety and room to grow.
