A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Asset & Compliance Lead to oversee asset management, statutory compliance, and technical assurance for a significant estate. This role involves managing the CAFM system and ensuring data integrity while working closely with stakeholders to drive operational improvements. Asset & Compliance Lead (CAFM)
Location: Newcastle, commutable from Blyth, Cramlington, Consett, Stanley, Chester le Street, Washington, Sunderland, Whitburn, South Shields, Seaham, Durham & all surrounding areas.
Salaray: £45,000 - £50,000 + Pension + Training + Excellent Company Benefits.

In this role, you'll take ownership of the estate's asset portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance, technical assurance, and lifecycle strategies are delivered to the highest standards.
Working closely with stakeholders, service partners, and operational leaders, you'll act as the trusted technical advisor, strengthening compliance culture and ensuring data-driven decision making through the careful management of the CAFM system.
