A leading national law firm is looking for a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading. The role involves advising on commercial agreements related to technology and IP law. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of PQE in commercial law, experience in technology agreements preferred, and a dedication to quality work. Qualifications

- Exposure to technology sector preferable.

Responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP.
- Handle software development and licensing matters.
- Engage in IT and outsourcing agreements.
Skills
A leading national Legal 500 firm are seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their office in Reading.
You will join the firm’s highly successful commercial and technology team advising on a wide range of commercial agreements including technology and IP agreements, software development and licensing matters and IT and outsourcing agreements.
Please apply if you have at least 2 years PQE in commercial law with experience from a well regarded firm. A large sector focus in this team is in technology so exposure to this sector would be useful.
You will be local to the Reading area although the firm do offer agile working with 3 days a week in the office.
