Valuation Surveyor - Birmingham

Surveyor- Associate Director

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000

Our client, a well-established consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a valuations surveyor to join a committed, and sociable group of eight professionals in the Midlands. The team has a positive culture, values flexibility, and offers room for progression.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

You'll carry out valuation instructions efficiently and independently, preparing concise and accurate reports for Director review. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues, take personal responsibility for instructions, and work smartly to maximise profitability.

You'll be expected to embrace to contribute to the development of the Midlands' Valuation business. Collaboration is encouraged across the wider business network to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
  • RICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer
  • Exposure to valuation work is ideal, but training will be provided
  • Strong report writing, data management, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ideally KEL/Argus Developer
  • Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects
  • A client-centric mindset and sound technical knowledge
