Job summary

This role offers a hybrid working model, where you'll produce valuation reports and work collaboratively to develop the North West Valuation business. The ideal candidate will have RICS qualifications and strong report writing skills. Competitive salary between £35,000 - £60,000, with opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications

Valuation Surveyor - Manchester

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home)

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000

Your Role

You'll be responsible for delivering valuation instructions with independence and precision, producing high-quality reports for Director review. You'll collaborate with colleagues, take ownership of your work, and contribute to the team's profitability and strategic goals. You'll be expected to contribute to the development of the North West Valuation business. Collaboration is encouraged across the wider business network to uncover new business opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills
  • RICS and ideally RICS Registered Valuer
  • Training available for the right candidate
  • Excellent report writing and data management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ideally KEL/Argus Developer
  • Commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach
