Overview

A major UK retail and corporate bank is looking for a mid to senior level lawyer to join the established commercial and technology legal team. The role involves working on commercial matters such as drafting and negotiating high value commercial contracts, IT licensing, financial products distribution, material outsourcing, supporting the operations and infrastructure of the group, and data protection. You will support the business on digital, innovation and AI matters, working with new ventures developed by the bank. You will provide strategic legal advice and assist with policy change and improving best practice.
