Role Description

• Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate with and mentor junior support staff, sharing your expertise and exchanging ideas with colleagues.
• Ensure client-first communication by translating legal jargon into clear, everyday language. We pride ourselves on five-star reviews. • Qualifications and Skills:
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
• At least 2 years of practical residential conveyancing experience.
• Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
• Confident using Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms.
• Innovative mindset with process improvement ideas.
• Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Business development skills and a proactive approach to nurturing referrers.
