Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor support staff and share ideas with colleagues.
- Ensure client communication is clear and jargon-free, maintaining high service standards (evidenced by five-star Google reviews). Opportunities to work on commercial conveyancing are available. No prior experience in commercial work is necessary as senior team support is provided.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience.
- Familiarity with case management systems and digital ID checks.
- Confident with Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms.
- Process-oriented with a knack for process improvements.
- Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Business development skills and willingness to nurture referrers.
- Salary: £45,052.00 - £47,769.00 per year
