Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding to file closure, including post-completion and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload involving freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.

- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- At least 2 years of practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
- Confident with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. Innovative with process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills—willing to nurture referrers.
- Salary: £45,052 - £47,769 per year
