Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Run your varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate & mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
- Client-first communication: translate legal jargon into everyday language. We pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews. Feel free to explore online platforms—some commercial work optional. No experience? Our senior team will guide you.
- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- Minimum 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems & digital ID checks.
- Confidence with Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. A knack for process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.

- £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year
