Job Description:

• Role Description: Manage the residential conveyancing process from onboarding to file closure, including post-completion and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload covering freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor support staff, sharing your expertise and exchanging ideas with colleagues.
• Client communication: Translate legal jargon into clear, everyday language. Assist in promoting the firm’s services online. Some commercial conveyancing work may be involved. No experience in commercial conveyancing is necessary, as training will be provided.
• What You’ll Bring: Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure. At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks. Confident with Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms. Ability to suggest process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under deadlines. Business development skills are a plus.

Salary: £45,052.00 - £47,769.00 per year
