Role Description
- Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
- Client-first communication: translate legal jargon into clear, everyday language. We pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews. Feel free to share your work online—some commercial work is welcomed. No prior experience in that area? Our senior team will guide you.
- What You’ll Bring:
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
- At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
- Confident using Land Registry portal & SDLT/LBTT forms. A passion for process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills and willingness to nurture referrers.
